This functionality allows participants to leave a star rating and optional text review once they’ve completed a Qstream. This is an effective means of collecting qualitative data, especially as admins can ask a specific question and gather targeted feedback.
Reviews are applied on a Qstream-by-Qstream basis and can be set independently of Commenting.
Similar to Commenting, there are two visibility settings for Ratings (1.) and Reviews (2.): Public or Private. When Public is chosen, ratings and reviews can be seen after they’ve been submitted. However, if moderation is enabled, then reviews will not be displayed until they’ve been approved by a PM. When Private is chosen, ratings and reviews will not be seen by anyone but the PM.
Additionally, should there be specific feedback that is desired from the participants, there is the opportunity to customise the question (3.) that is presented at the end of the Qstream. Default text is in place.
Participant Experience
On the ‘My Qstreams’ tab, there is now a button to ‘Add a Review’ which will allow participants to leave a star rating and optional feedback on that specific Qstream.
In addition to leaving a review in the product, participants will be able to do so from an email link in the email that goes out at the end of the Qstream.
PM Experience
When moderation is enabled, a PM will see reviews listed on a new section, along with the star rating displayed next to the name of the Qstream.
From this page, when hovering over the three dots, a PM can moderate the review and either publish it, mark as moderated or delete it.
Anonymous Experience
A PM may allow for a participant to leave anonymous feedback, and anyone enrolled as anonymous in the Qstream will ONLY be allowed to leave anonymous feedback.
