How do I shut off notifications that are being sent when someone else comments on a question that I've commented on?

Log into your Qstream account and click on the Account settings link listed under the Quick Links heading on your Dashboard.  

Under the Email Notification section, uncheck the box to Notify me of comments in my Qstreams, and then hit Update notification options.
