Upon closing a Qstream, you can create a comprehensive End of Qstream report with just a few clicks.
To start, log into your Qstream site and access the 'Insights' page on the top right:
Select 'End of Qstream Report':
You can select 1 or multiple Qstreams for your End of Qstream Report. Simply go to the controls panel and click 'Qstream' and tick the Qstream(s) you want to include:
After selecting your desired Qstream(s), a complete report will be generated and presented to you within seconds.

9. The current proficiency across all participants; Based on the latest answer they have submitted for a question.
10. Percentage of Proficiency Improvement: Each participant's Proficiency Increase is calculated by (((‘current’ - ‘initial’) / ‘initial’) x 100)
The Qstream level proficiency increase is calculated as an average of each individual participant's proficiency increase to ensure accuracy.
Proficiency is a measure of correctness. Correctness is the percentage of a question you got correct ie. 0 for incorrect, 100% for correct and in between for partially correct, depending on number of correct answers in multi choice.

There are arrows in the top right corner of the section that allow you to filter the breakdown by your different groupings. The grouping title will be shown on the left, while the grouping values will be displayed at the bottom:

The Proficiency Heatmaps tab offers an alternative method to view proficiency by learner groups using highly visual heatmaps. These heatmaps help you identify which groups are struggling with specific topic areas and highlight where learner performance is strong.
These can broken down in 3 different ways:
Heatmap level: By topic or question
Heatmap view: By country, manager or 1 of your groupings
Topics: View all topics, or deep dive into specific topics
You can adjust these settings according to your business's needs for this report.

Saving your End of Qstream Report:
Finally, to export the complete End of Qstream Report, go to the top right corner of the page and click the down arrow button. Then select 'Print'.
You can adjust the paper size and orientation until you find a format that suits your needs.
Click 'Go To Preview' to see how your report will look.
Then select 'Print' if you are satisfied with the format:
