Upon closing a Qstream, you can create a comprehensive End of Qstream report with just a few clicks.
To start, log into your Qstream site and access the 'Insights' page on the top right:
Select 'End of Qstream Report':
Please note that once you click on this tab, no data will be displayed. This is because you need to select a Qstream to generate a report first. Make sure to select the Qstream within the report itself, not from the 'Qstream' selection in the control panel, where you typically filter through your Qstreams.
After selecting your desired Qstream, a complete report will be generated and presented to you within seconds.
The screenshot above depicts the following:
1. Number of participants enrolled in the Qstream
2. Number of participants who started the Qstream
3. Number of participants who did not start the Qstream
4. Number of participants who completed the Qstream
5. Percentage of participants started
6. Number of questions in the Qstream
7. Total number of question attempts across all participants
8. The initial proficiency across all participants; Based on answering a question for the first time.
9. The current proficiency across all participants; Based on the latest answer they have submitted for a question.
10. Percentage of Proficiency Improvement: Each participant's Proficiency Increase is calculated by (((‘current’ - ‘initial’) / ‘initial’) x 100)
The Qstream level proficiency increase is calculated as an average of each individual participant's proficiency increase to ensure accuracy.
Proficiency is a measure of correctness. Correctness is the percentage of a question you got correct ie. 0 for incorrect, 100% for correct and in between for partially correct, depending on number of correct answers in multi choice.

The below screenshot depicts the overall proficiency throughout the Qstream. It shows initial, final and the increase of proficiency. There is an arrow on the top right of the section, where you can filter the information either by topic, question, or your groupings:

*"Null" refers to participants who are not assigned any of the values under a grouping

Heatmap view: By country, manager or 1 of your groupings
Topics: View all topics, or deep dive into specific topics
You can adjust these settings according to your business's needs for this report.
