The Activity Tracking tab is a useful page for when you want to deep dive on a participant's attempts in a Qstream.
To start, log into your Qstream site and access the 'Insights' page on the top right:
Click on 'Activity Tracking' at the top of your Insights tab:
When you first go into this tab, the data presented will be for all Qstreams on the site. If you are looking to drill into activity by a particular Qstream or group of Qstreams, simply select the Qstream(s) from the Controls panel:
Selecting the Qstreams you want will display the activity for them.
Learner Qstream Activity:
This section provides a detailed overview of a participant's activity and their interactions with questions across all their Qstreams. You can also filter the view to focus on specific Qstreams.
1. Qstream: The title of the Qstream the participant is enrolled in
2. Enrollment Date: The timestamp of when the participant was enrolled into a Qstream
3. Most Recent Response: The timestamp of when the participant answered their last question
Null values means that the participant did not answer this question.
4. Most Recent Notification: The timestamp of when the participant was sent a notification of new questions
5. Total Questions: The number of questions in the Qstream
6. Questions Answered: The number of questions the participant has answered on their first attempt
7. Questions Retired: The number of questions the participant has mastered
To expand the data, select the arrows on the top right corner of the section:
Qstream Attempts - By Qstream:
This section displays a graph illustrating the week-by-week activity of participants in answering questions in the Qstream(s).
Learner Activity - Question Attempt Detail:
This table deep dives on a participant's attempts at a question.
1. Qstream: The title of the Qstream the participant is enrolled in
2. Question Title: The title of the question in a deck
3. Notification Sent: The timestamp of when the question was sent via email.
Null refers to questions where a notification was not sent via email about that question ie. It is part of a batch of questions that were sent in an email notification, but this question was not previewed in that email.
4. Question Attempt:
- First: The participant's first attempt at answering the question
- Subsequent: The participant's attempt after the first attempt, but is also not the last attempt ie. a repeat
- Final: The participant's last attempt at answering the question
5. Answer Date: The date of when the participant answered the question
