What’s the difference between an ongoing and a completed Qstream?

Ongoing Qstreams are Qstreams with enrolled participants that have either not been closed manually by an administrator or contain unfinished enrollments.

A Qstream is completed when all participants have completed their questions or when an administrator has manually closed all enrollments.
