Can I send Qcert participants custom messaging?

On the Qcert tab in the Course Editor, it's possible to send a custom message to participants based on whether they did or did not meet the pass threshold. This is useful if you have specific actions that participants need to take based on how they performed in the Qcert.

For example, you may want those participants who did not pass the Qcert to retake it or to talk to their manager. It's easy to include these instructions in the appropriate field. Participants will receive this custom text in the email that gets sent on completion of the Qcert.
