How do leaderboards factor into a Qcert?

It is entirely up to the user whether to use leaderboards when running a Qcert. Customers find that leaderboards are useful for engagement purposes but with a Qcert, it's assumed that participants will be answering all questions in order to satisfy internal compliance requirements.

Therefore, increasing engagement isn't a top concern for participation in a Qcert but it's entirely up to the customer's discretion whether they decide to use leaderboards.
