Senior Manager reporting allows a manager to see their own Direct Reports but also see the reporting on lower levels of the hierarchy.
By accessing the Direct Reports tab in FLM reporting a user can now drill down and see the reports their own Direct reports have access to.
How does this work?
-
Go to the Direct reports table in FLM Reporting.
-
Choose the Direct Report you want to drill down on.
-
Navigate down the Hierarchy by selecting the three dots (Go to this user’s Direct Reports) - or click on the user.
- If the user has Direct Reports you will be taken down a level and the the breadcrumb menu and table of users will update appropriately.
-
You are now at the level in the Hierarchy of your Direct Report and can see what they can see.
-
If you wish to go down a further level, repeat step 3.
-
Once again the breadcrumb menu and table will update.
- Breadcrumb navigation can be used to travel back up levels.
The examples above show the journey through the Hierarchy from top to bottom with each level's reporting available for viewing. In these examples there are two levels, however, if there were actually ten levels, you would be able to navigate and see reporting for all levels below you.
