There are multiple ways to change your email notification settings on your Qstream account:
1. Your Qstream Profile Page
You can disable email notifications from your profile page by navigating to your Qstream site and logging in to your account. From there, select 'MY PROFILE' in the Learn section. You can toggle on/off emails under the "NOTIFICATIONS" section.
2. Qstream Emails
Additionally, for ease of access, an Unsubscribe link is included in all email notifications. This link will prompt you to log in to your account where you can access your Profile and change your notification settings there as shown above.
3. Customer Support
If you are still having issues changing your email notifications, you can email support at support@qstream.com with a description of your query. Please be sure to name what Qstream site you are enrolled in.
