Once a reporting manager has been assigned to a course by a Program Manager, Service Agent or Company Owner, the following functionality will be available to the Reporting Manager.
A user who has been assigned as Reporting Manager, will have access to Launch and Measure as part of the assigned permission. This documentation covers the in product, Launch reports. All reports in Measure are the same as those visible to Program Managers.
In Launch, Reporting Managers can view the courses they have been assigned to, they can also create their own views as required. Reporting Managers cannot edit, suspend or create courses.

Reporting Managers can view the overall performance of learners in a course, as well as drill down to individual learners as required.

Reporting Managers can view, moderate and publish comments and reviews on a course.
Activities
Reporting Managers can use the carousel to view activities, which gives them visibility of the content learners are engaging with.
Sets
Reporting Managers can view sets for further information on the content in the course.
Learners
Reporting Managers can view learners, teams and leaderboards, where enabled.
