Some of the visuals in Insights are set up to allow you to view the same data by different grouping. Hover over a visual and click the up and down arrows in the top right hand corner where available to cycle through the different grouping options:
All tables or pivot tables within the Insights allows you to export the data to CSV or Excel. Hover over a visual to view the menu in the top right hand corner and click the 3 dot menu to see these options:
All other visuals also allow you to view the contributing data, and export that to CSV if desired. Hover over a visual to view the menu in the top right hand corner and click the 3 dot menu to see these options:
Every visual allows you to view it in a full screen mode, for example to see more detail or take detailed screenshots of graphs. Hover over a visual to view the menu in the top right hand corner and click the expand arrows icon to maximise, and the same to minimise it back to its original size.
For large amounts of data in tables or pivot tables, click on the visual to see display options at the bottom of the screen. For example, you can choose to load and display up to 10 000 rows of data at a time, or see how many pages of data are available.
Most visuals are set up to allow you to use them to filter other data in view. Click on an area of a graph to filter other visuals. In the the following example, clicking the “Not Started” portion of the pie chart filters all other data on the screen to show only Not Started data.
Note: These interactions only apply to the sheet you are currently looking at. If you click to a different sheet (e.g. to Proficiency Heatmaps) this “Not Started” filter will NOT apply.
