This functionality allows for the customization of the support URL that is displayed in the footer of the product and the emails sent. Customers might have their own internal support resources that they’d like to share with participants and it’s now possible to do this. Alternatively, a support email address can also be entered.
These support URLs can be customized on a Company level and options are available via dropdown menu titled Support routing.
There is the choice of displaying a custom support URL…
or a custom support email address.
- When nothing is entered, the default support link remains an email link to Qstream Support address.
- Currently, the text that is displayed for the link is not customizable.
