This functionality will allow participants to leave a comment on an individual question, after they have completed answering it. Feedback like this is important as a way for participants to ask questions or point out any errors in the content.
Moderation can be enabled on this feature so that those with proper permissions will be able to view comments before deciding whether to publish them.
Anonymous commenting is only allowed if a PM has enabled it beforehand. If a participant is enrolled as anonymous, that will be their only choice if commenting is enabled for the Qstream.
Commenting is applied on a Qstream-by-Qstream basis and can be set independently of Reviews.
Similar to Reviews, there are two visibility settings for Comments: Public or Private.
- When Public is chosen, comments can be seen after they’ve been submitted.
- However, if moderation is enabled, then comments will not be displayed until they’ve been approved by a PM. When Private is chosen, comments will not be seen by anyone but the PM.
Participant Experience
When comments are enabled, participants will see the option to add a comment under the feedback on their provided answer.
PM Experience
When comments are enabled, a PM will see comments listed on a new section, that allows for moderation and deletion of participant comments.
