Overview
Learners can review activities that they have retired or that are in completed courses via the “My Courses” tab or directly from their learner dashboard.
Providing learners with materials they have completed supports ongoing, repeated engagement with learning materials over time, driving knowledge retention and contributing to a lasting culture of learning.
Learner access to completed activities is controlled by Program Managers on a per-course basis.
Learner Experience
Learners can view retired activities in current/active courses and all activities in completed/past courses.
Learners can access their Review Activities directly from their dashboard or from the My Courses tab.
Clicking the “Review Activities” button navigates to a new screen where all available activities are available.
Learners can scroll through all activities or find specific activities via the side navigation panel:
The goal of this feature is to provide the learning materials for future review - the learner cannot view how they responded to the activity in any of their attempts at that activity.
For Video Response activities, where learners have submitted a video in the course, they will be able to access their video responses on any Video Response activity being reviewed.
Clicking the “View Video Responses” button will open the standard video response review modal so learners can view their own submission and ratings and comments from their manager where available.
As with every learner-focused user experience in Qstream, learners can also view activities on a mobile device:
Similarly as with all learner-focused user experience in Qstream, learners can access this page effectively with screen readers where necessary.
Program Manager Experience
The Learner Activity Review feature is controlled on a per-course basis.
The feature is defaulted to OFF to ensure Program Managers always retain full control over what content is available to their learners at any point in the learning cycle.
