The Proficiency Target (PT) functionality allows PMs to set a proficiency percentage that must be met in order for learners to successfully complete the course. This feature helps customers with compliance use cases, including HCM / HR scenarios in which a learner must reach a defined threshold to pass or not pass a course.
A Proficiency Target can be set when creating a course.
If enabled to send Welcome Emails, enrolled learners will see a mention of the PT in the description of the course they receive. This will also be displayed on a learner’s dashboard.
As a learner continues through the course, they will know exactly where they stand in regards to the final Proficiency Target that has been set.
If completion emails are enabled, the learner will see their final PT in that email, along with confirmation of whether they met the target or not.
