Each active and complete course has an overview page, in which a wealth of data about learners can be found.
At the top of the page, there is information about the course. Under the title is the course type, as well as a status chip.
The status will update as follows:
Active, Course is active and learners can answer activities
Suspended, Course is active but suspended by the program manager, learners can not answer activities
Completed, Course is complete, learners can not answer activities
The main feature of Front Line Manager reporting are the three radials that offer context on the following metrics:
- participation,
- proficiency,
- and completion.
Additional information can be found about how learners are performing, along with heat maps displaying details about current and initial proficiency.
