The 'Your Direct Reports' section gives a snapshot of each person based on their points, proficiency, proficiency change and completion level. Each of these metrics forms the averages in the radial diagrams.
The columns in this grid are as follow:
Score The points awarded to the learner in the course
- Team Name If enabled for course
Current Proficiency The current proficiency level of each learner in the course
Proficiency Change The difference between initial and current proficiency of each learner in the course where applicable (is not listed for course with no repeats)
Completion The percentage of retired and mastered activities of each learners in the course
- Account Status
- Last Coached If enabled for course
Learners who are hidden or anonymous in Leaderboards will still appear here for Front Line Managers.
Clicking the row related to a learner will bring Front Line Managers to the individual learner view.
The individual learner view is designed to have the same look and feel as the overview page, with information filtered to only show the selected learner. Front Line Managers will see the name of the course, the name of the learner as well as an alert section, as well as the same radials as the overview page.
The lower section of the learner view displays two heatmaps.
Activity Attempts, proficiency for all answers per activity attempt
Proficiency by Topic, the initial and current proficiency of each topic in the course
