How close are my learners to completing the course, based on how many activities have been attempted, retired or mastered?
First Attempts is the percentage average of all direct reports who have submitted first attempts, including those who have not started.
Completion is the percentage average of all direct reports retired or mastered activities, including those who have not started. The centre value will always reflect this completion percentage.
Hovering over the first attempts and completion radial bars, will give managers the exact values.
The overall percentage will indicate in green if your direct reports are above average, red if below average, and purple if they are average compared to all those enrolled. The value will always indicate the overall average, hovering over the chip will give a percentage difference between 'Your direct reports' and 'Everyone'.
